New Behavioral Health Program – Members Empowered to Succeed (METS)

Fidelis Care has introduced the Members Empowered to Succeed (METS) program, a comprehensive initiative designed to offer unwavering support to members facing significant behavioral health challenges. METS takes a holistic approach by incorporating behavioral health, medical, therapeutic, pharmacy, and supplementary services to address the diverse needs of its members. The overarching objective of METS is to center on the recovery and resilience of each individual while striving to keep them integrated within their community.

Identification of METS program members is facilitated through an internal process, which analyzes claims history spanning 12 months. When a patient is identified for the program, a dedicated METS Clinical Liaison will initiate contact with their healthcare provider to discuss the member’s tailored treatment plan and monitor their progress.

The METS team operates in close collaboration with both healthcare providers and members to ensure that everyone attains the highest level of recovery and resilience possible. METS Clinical Liaisons, who are licensed clinicians, work closely with behavioral health providers to pinpoint the specific treatment and support required for successful progress in treatment. Member Engagement Service Coordinators reach out to members telephonically to identify their unique needs and resources necessary to address their behavioral health, social, and medical requirements.
