We are thrilled to announce “Empower Hour,” a new initiative where our executive team visits clients on Fridays for informal coffee meetings. This approach aims to strengthen relationships, collect valuable feedback, and offer personalized support.
In these relaxed settings, WCH team members will talk openly with healthcare providers about their needs and challenges. This open dialogue will help us better understand our clients’ situations and find ways to improve our services.

These meetings, during which Olga and her billing and credentialing staff will visit clients, will serve to create a sense of community, allowing them to share best practices and learn from everyone involved. WCH representatives will also be available to answer questions, provide guidance on billing, credentialing, or auditing issues, and share insights on industry trends.
