Effective Nov. 1, 2020, EmblemHealth has removed service limits on smoking cessation counseling for Medicaid and HARP members. Previously, these services were limited to eight (8) sessions per calendar year. Instead, EmblemHealth will now cover as many sessions as medically necessary.
