Empire BCBS NY: Transition to AIM Rehabilitative Service Clinical Appropriateness Guidelines

Empire previously communicated that AIM Specialty Health®* (AIM) would transition the clinical criteria for medical necessity review of certain rehabilitative services to AIM Rehabilitative Service Clinical Appropriateness Guidelines as part of the AIM Rehabilitation Program beginning October 1, 2020. Please be aware that this transition has been delayed. The new transition date is December 1, 2020.
