Fidelis Care – Medicare plan: Podiatry services do not require authorization any longer

Up until 01/01/2021, authorization was not required for services rendered to patients with confirmed diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus. As of 01/01/2021, DM diagnosis requirement is removed, authorization will not be needed for podiatry services.
