FidelisCare: Podiatry services no longer require authorization effective 02/01/21

There is an amendment to the authorization rules for podiatric services of the Medicaid, Essential and Metal Level Plans.  To know the specifics, read along!Authorization for podiatric services has been amended on the Medicaid, Essential Plan, and Metal Level Plan authorization grids in Outpatient and DME Services as follows:

Authorization is no longer required for podiatric services however, authorization requirements will apply to individual services that are indicated on this grid and rendered by podiatrists.
