Fidelis Care is pleased to announce that authorization letters are now available on Provider Portal, Provider Access Online. In response to user feedback, they’ve upgraded the portal to allow Administrators and users with the Clinical Information Viewer role access to the following authorization-related communications materials in the “File Downloads” section:
