MEET WCH – Alexey Kamalov

This edition focuses on Alexey Kamalov, one of our Billing Account representatives. Alexey believes that WCH is at the forefront of the effort to use IT products to enhance the field of medicine. To know more about Alexey and his experience working in the health care industry, keep reading!

In this edition, we interviewed Alexey Kamalov, one of our Billing Account representatives. Alexey shared what it feels like to work at WCH, explaining his responsibilities in the Billing department. He also expressed his views about the future of WCH and how IT products will develop the field of medicine. In addition, he discussed his career plans and hobbies.

Joining the Billing department of WCH as an account representative was very calm and smooth because of the friendly and comfortable atmosphere in WCH. The adaptation period passed easily and quickly.

Alexey is very happy to have joined the Billing department because, from all his years working and learning with WCH, he realized that he had improved his skills, such as communication skills, developing a sense of responsibility, maintaining concentration, and paying attention.

For Alexey, there are not many challenges in work, but he realized how important it is to constantly develop and improve his skills and experience since the work of the Billing department is very extensive and requires knowledge, dedication, and great responsibility. 

According to him, “The work process is structured in such a way that when you work in a team, you feel support from your colleagues.” Interestingly, he likes to communicate with clients and solve emerging issues.

Since WCH is always happy to help clients resolve any questions and problems related to the medical billing process, Alexey confidently advises clients and prospects to always contact the WCH team in any situation. The team is always eager to help because they make sure that their client feels valued and satisfied.

Considering the future of WCH and the healthcare industry as a whole, Alexey believes that the healthcare industry plays the most important role in every person’s life, with new achievements and discoveries being made around the world every year, and WCH will always be there to bridge the gap between health care providers and the insurance companies.

To buttress his point, he used the COVID-19 pandemic as an example: “Recently, the world has encountered a new, hazardous virus that spread across the whole world (COVID-2019), and this experience clearly showed how important it is to continue to develop this area. The healthcare industry will always be progressively developing and improving.” 

Alexey believes that WCH doesn’t only connect the health care providers with insurance companies but also helps to develop the health care industry as a whole by showing quality competitiveness and developing interesting IT products that can help the industry function better. “Already celebrated its 20th anniversary, WCH has everything it needs for further development and expansion.”, he says.

Regarding the importance of IT products in developing the field of medicine, Alexey thinks that the 21st century can be called the century of high technologies and discoveries. He summed up his view in these words: “Watching the world strive to create artificial intelligence and digitalization, IT products will be of the highest importance in achieving success. Every year, IT technologies make an increasing contribution to the development of the healthcare industry. Today, it is difficult to imagine quality medicine without modern equipment, which means that IT technologies will always be in demand.“

Acknowledging the important role of WCH in the health care industry, Alexey sees his future in WCH, and he derives the strength to progress from all the available opportunities for training and professional growth. The WCH environment provides him with a friendly and close-knit team that helps him to move forward and approach his goals.

Talking about career plans, Alexey believes that to achieve your goals and move forward with confidence, you need to learn, develop, and improve yourself constantly. According to him, it is impossible to build a career without knowledge, experience, and skills.

He advises people striving for their dreams to always go forward, try something new, and never, ever give up because only those people who are not afraid to set big goals for themselves achieve success. Talking about dreams, Alexey has many dreams of his own. Among Alexey’s many dreams and goals is to travel the world, get acquainted with the culture of different countries, and try various national cuisines. He would like to try diving and paragliding one day.

Regarding his hobby and what he does during his free time, Alexey says he likes to pursue self-development and learn something new and interesting. He believes that since the world is moving very fast, it is very important to stay on trend and change with the times to be successful in any area.

Alexey enjoys reading and sometimes watching movies in his leisure time, and he prefers comedy and action — he especially loves the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His favorite book is “The Richest Man in Babylon,” which, he believes, opens up a new perspective on good money management. This is what he has to say about the book: “It can be safely called the first step to achieving success. You can read the book in one breath, and it is suitable for all ages.”

Alexey likes an active lifestyle that involves spending time with friends — it gives him energy and satisfaction to be ready for what tomorrow holds.
