FidelisCare: New authorization requirements have been enforced

Starting from February 1, 2022, FidelisCare no longer requires prior authorization for behavioral health services defined as Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS). The New York State Office of Mental Health determines the following procedures as PROS:
