Starting from April 1, 2022, Emblemhealth no longer requires preauthorization for certain speech therapy services.
With dates of service on or after Jan. 1, 2022, CPT Code 29806 for arthroscopy, shoulder, surgical: capsulorrhaphy services does not require preauthorization for non-City of New York members. The full list of procedure codes can be found in the source.
