HorizonBlue implemented a new Data Submission Template on March 1, 2023, where they plan to maintain current and accurate information about participating practices, doctors, and other health care professionals.
The template is a faster and timelier way to send all types of updates regarding your data into Horizon’s system. Horizon will also validate the data every quarter. Horizon will no longer accept updates sent to the Enterprise PDM mailbox beginning April 1, 2023.
