Emblemhealth Provider Portal Update: Streamlining Communications for Billing Companies and Out-of-Network Providers 

EmblemHealth is set to implement a significant update to its provider portal, aiming to enhance efficiency and streamline communication processes with billing companies and out-of-network (OON) providers. The upcoming changes, effective from October 1, 2023, will impact how billing companies and OON providers interact with EmblemHealth’s Provider Customer Service and access necessary information. 

Out-of-network (OON) providers will experience a shift in their interaction with EmblemHealth. OON providers will be required to submit claims and register for a portal account to gain access to the portal’s messaging system. EmblemHealth’s dedication to a seamless digital experience extends to OON providers, enhancing communication and efficiency.
