Fidelis Care Introduces Medicaid Authorization Lookup Tool for Enhanced Provider Experience 

Fidelis Care is excited to unveil its latest initiative aimed at streamlining and improving the provider experience—the Medicaid Authorization Requirement Lookup Tool. This new web-based tool is designed to assist providers in easily identifying which procedure codes necessitate pre-authorization for various Fidelis Care products, including Medicaid, Child Health Plus, MLTC, Essential Plan, and HARP. 

How to Access the Lookup Tool: 

Providers can conveniently access the tool in two ways: 

1. From the fideliscare.org Home Page: 

• Navigate to the fideliscare.org home page. 
• Go to Providers. 
• Under Provider Resources, locate Authorization Grids. 
• Click on the “Medicaid, Child Health Plus, HealthierLife (HARP)” drop-down. 
• Select “Medicaid Authorization Lookup Tool.”
