New York State Implements Billing Changes for Children’s HCBS and CFTSS to Align with CMS Requirements 

In a move to streamline billing processes and adhere to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) is implementing significant updates to billing requirements for Children’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS), effective December 1, 2023.
