Where did you grow up?

I was born and raised in Tashkent in a large family where I lived with my parents, older sister, and her daughter. After completing my schooling, I specialized in the English language at the Lyceum of World Languages. In 2017, I embarked on my professional journey at the WCH Service Bureau.

What are some of your hobbies and interests?

My favorite hobby is creating diamond paintings. I’ve completed a collection of 10 pieces that I made myself.
I’m currently learning Chinese, which has been both challenging and rewarding. Additionally, I enjoy delving into psychology literature that explores the intricacies of human thought processes. In my leisure time, I indulge in watching anime for entertainment. I also prioritize staying active by taking relaxing walks while listening to audiobooks, which helps me unwind and maintain my overall well-being.

What is something you are passionate about, and why?

I find learning the Chinese language incredibly enriching. While it may appear complex at first glance, I’m captivated by its logical patterns and structures. To me, mastering Chinese feels like unlocking a gateway to an entirely new realm of communication and comprehension. I like to do Chinese calligraphy as well.

What is the best book you’ve read recently, and what did you like about it?

The most recent book I read, gifted to me by a colleague, is “To Be, Not to Seem” by Anton Petryakov. This insightful read delves into the importance of self-awareness and living a fulfilling life. What resonated with me the most was its exploration of authenticity and the journey toward honesty with oneself. It encouraged me to reconsider certain aspects of my life and inspired me to strive for positive changes.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

If I could pick anywhere to go, it would be Chongqing, China. As one of the world’s largest cities, with a population exceeding 31 million people, it offers a bustling urban experience like no other. What intrigues me most is its reputation as a Cyberpunk city, which sounds incredibly fascinating. I dream of ascending the tallest skyscraper to witness the breathtaking sunset views and immersing myself in the vibrant cityscape below. Of course, no visit to Chongqing would be complete without encountering its famous pandas and indulging in authentic hotpot and other delectable Chinese delicacies. Additionally, the city boasts a futuristic bridge reminiscent of scenes from the movie Interstellar, adding to its allure. Chongqing beckons as an exhilarating and distinctive destination, and I would leap at the chance to explore its wonders.

What is something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t had the chance to yet?

Seeing dolphins, pandas, or koalas in real life would be an unforgettable experience. These animals hold a special place in my heart with their unique characteristics and undeniable charm.

What is your favorite type of food?

My favorite type of food is anything my mom cooks. She has a special talent for making delicious pies, and my absolute favorite is her cinnamon and apple pie.

Do you have any pets, and if so, what kind and what are their names?

I have a British cat named Serik.

What is your favorite movie or TV show, and what do you like about it?

My favorite TV shows are cooking shows, especially ones that showcase different cuisines and cooking techniques. I also enjoy watching documentaries on the Discovery Channel, particularly those about nature, science, and exploration. Additionally, I love programs about travel that take viewers to new and exciting destinations around the world.

What is a skill you would like to learn or improve upon, and why?

I’m eager to expand my professional skills, especially in areas like programming and design. Acquiring these skills wouldn’t just open up new career pathways for me; it would also enable me to make more meaningful contributions to projects and collaborate more effectively with my teams.

If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

Kind, reliable, and adaptable.

How do you stay motivated and focused in your work and personal life?

Staying motivated and focused in both my work and personal life is important to me because I have clear goals that I’m striving to achieve. These goals serve as a guiding light, keeping me motivated and providing a sense of purpose in everything I do. Whether it’s professional milestones or personal aspirations, having a vision of what I want to accomplish helps me stay on track and maintain my focus even during challenging times.

What advice you would give to someone starting in your field?

It’s essential to prioritize communication and collaboration within your team. Building strong relationships and fostering a positive environment is key to working effectively together. Take the time to engage with your colleagues, listen to their perspectives, and find common ground. By being friendly and open-minded, you’ll not only strengthen your team dynamics but also enhance your overall productivity and success in the field.

What is a goal or aspiration you have for the future?

One of my goals for the future is to enhance my ability to learn new things. I’m committed to developing a growth mindset and actively seeking opportunities to acquire new skills and knowledge across different domains. By embracing lifelong learning, I aim to broaden my horizons, stay adaptable, and thrive in an ever-evolving world.

Do you have any favorite quotes or mantras that inspire you?

I even have it tattooed: 不要让你的梦想只是梦想. It means ‘Don’t let your dreams go unnoticed.

What is something you’re grateful for today?

I’m immensely grateful for everything I have today, from the simple ability to wake up in the morning to the privilege of having food to eat.

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, whom would it be and why?

I would choose Marilyn Monroe. She wasn’t just an iconic Hollywood star; she was also a very intelligent woman. I’d love to experience her energy and charm firsthand.
