CredyApp Is Now Integrating with CAQH: What This Means for Your Practice

WCH Service Bureau | Product Update

We are pleased to announce that CredyApp has begun integration with CAQH, the industry’s leading provider data management system used by hundreds of health plans and healthcare organizations nationwide.

This is a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to reducing administrative burden for healthcare providers, and we want to keep you informed every step of the way.

What Is CAQH, and Why Does This Matter?

CAQH is the standard repository where providers store and maintain their professional and practice information – licensure, education, work history, malpractice coverage, and more. Most commercial payers require providers to maintain an active, attested CAQH profile as part of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.

For many practices, managing CAQH separately from their credentialing workflow means duplicate data entry, missed attestation deadlines, and time spent reconciling information across multiple systems. That friction slows down the credentialing process and delays providers’ ability to see patients in-network.

The CredyApp CAQH integration is designed to eliminate exactly that.

How the Integration Will Simplify Your Workflow

Once the integration is live, providers and their administrative teams will benefit from a more connected and efficient credentialing experience:

Streamlined provider onboarding. When a new provider is added to CredyApp, their CAQH profile data will be accessible directly within the platform, eliminating the need to log in to separate systems or manually re-enter information that already exists in CAQH. This reduces onboarding time and the risk of data discrepancies from the very first step.

Centralized profile management. Provider information updated in CredyApp will sync with CAQH, keeping both systems consistent without requiring duplicate effort. This is particularly valuable for group practices and organizations managing credentials for multiple providers simultaneously.

Fewer missed attestations. CAQH requires providers to re-attest their information every 120 days. With integration in place, CredyApp will be able to surface attestation deadlines alongside your other credentialing milestones, helping practices stay compliant without relying on manual calendar reminders.

Faster payer enrollment. Because CAQH data feeds directly into payer credentialing workflows, having clean, up-to-date, and synchronized information means enrollment applications move more quickly, reducing the lag between a provider joining your practice and becoming billable with health plans.

Where We Are Now

The integration is currently in active development and testing. We are working methodically to ensure that data flows accurately, securely, and reliably between CredyApp and CAQH before the feature is made available to all users.

We understand that credentialing data is sensitive and consequential; there is no room for errors. Our team is committed to getting this right.
