To help members easily identify professional providers who offer telehealth services, Empire BlueCross BlueShield will begin to publish a new indicator in online provider directories. If you offer telehealth services, you are encouraged to notify Empire BCBS to have a telehealth indicator added to your online provider directory profile. To find out more, read along!
