New York Workers’ Compensation Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Fee Schedule

The Chair has adopted the amendment of Sections 442.2 and the addition of sections 442.4 and 442.5 of 12 NYCRR to replace the DME fee schedule, update fees, and create a prior authorization process. The amendments are currently scheduled to become effective from June 7, 2021.
