Through hardships to the stars – the story of Elizaveta Bannova

This April, WCH Service Bureau turns 21 years old! Throughout the two decades of experience, we have become the leading enterprise helping healthcare providers with their billing, credentialing, EHR, and other needs. However, all this would have been impossible without the contribution of our experts. Recently, two of our billing experts have celebrated a work anniversary – 15 years at WCH Service Bureau. Isn’t that an accomplishment? 
We asked Elizaveta (Liza) Bannova to give us a short interview to understand what it is like to be committed to something for over a decade.
Liza joined WCH Service Bureau 15 years ago, but for her, it was like yesterday. Liza claims that the time runs very fast if you are constantly busy with self-education and the work you like. However, she still remembers her first day at WCH. She joined our Billing Department when it was at its earliest stages of development. 
On her first day at work, Liza says that she was instantly assigned many tasks and completed them all successfully. She did not have any supervisor or billing manager at that time, to whom she would report to. Instead, it was Olga Khabinskay who has helped Liza with many aspects while she was still growing as a professional.
