Fidelis to request medical records from healthcare providers

Healthcare providers have recently been notified about new medical records requests from FidelisCare. Pursuant to its 2021MY HEDIS/QARR medical necessity and clinical compliance program, Fidelis encourages affected healthcare providers to submit the documentation as soon as possible. In addition, there is an option to arrange a pickup of the requested package of documentation by FidelisCare.
