Empire: New Medicare Advantage plans

Effective January 1, 2022, Empire BlueCross BlueShield’s new Select Medicare Advantage plans on the HealthPlus Select Network are available in four downstate counties of New York — Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and New York. These new benefit plans can be identified with a subscriber ID prefix of RXJ.Please be advised that separate credentialing is required for these new plans.
