Human capital is a true cornerstone of WCH. Since 2001, many passionate and open-minded individuals have joined our team, each striving to achieve a common goal – to provide as much help to healthcare providers as possible. Today, we would like to share the story of Tatyana (Tanya) Kantor, an eternal learner and a family woman who also happens to be an Administrative Department supervisor at WCH Service Bureau.

Tatyana Kantor is an experienced medical reimbursement specialist who has been a part of our team for over a decade. She joined WCH Service Bureau in September 2011, seeking challenge, knowledge, and external motivation. In fact, these three aspects are the pillars of Tanya’s life mission. Learning something new is what motivates Tatyana to wake up and act every single day. Having worked as a billing specialist, education professional, and an Administrative Department supervisor for 11 years, Tanya says that knowledge has been the most valuable asset that she has acquired so far. Currently, Tatyana is in charge of every aspect of administrative affairs at our company. She oversees the work processes related to corporate analytics, content creation, design, and human resources. Tanya’s scope of work is truly incomparable, and her decade-long contribution has kept our company up and running.

“Sarcastic, meticulous, laconic” are the three words that Tatyana brings up when asked to describe herself. We couldn’t agree more! At WCH, Tanya’s colleagues praise her great sense of humor and attentiveness to details. A loving mother, daughter, and sister, Tatyana says that she cannot spend a day without her family and friends. Outside of work, Tanya is passionate about traveling, watching romantic comedies, and cooking (which she started learning quite recently). She is also an avid melomane, preferring various genres of music: from classical to Russian hip-hop.

When asked to motivate her colleagues with a quick advice, Tatyana says the following: “never stop moving forward, learn as many new things as possible, and you will succeed”. In a world of automation, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality, knowledge is the most useful asset. Tatyana believes that education and self-improvement will make WCH Service Bureau a global leader in our industry. By constantly learning new things together, WCH will gradually improve the operations of hundreds of healthcare providers regardless of the circumstances.
