Starting from the date of service on or after March 1, 2022, the New York State Medicaid will cover up to 90 units of intermittent urinary catheters per month. Healthcare providers must use the HCPCS code A4353 (intermittent urinary catheter, with insertion supplies) to indicate this item on medical claims.
