Oshi Health Secures First Commercial Contract Through Partnership with Aetna for Value-Based Care

In a recent agreement for value-based care, Oshi Health partnered with Aetna to offer specialized virtual care to patients with digestive disorders. The New York-based startup focuses on addressing the root cause of symptoms through targeted dietary and behavioral health interventions.

Oshi Health, a virtual care provider that specializes in digestive disorder treatments, revealed its initial contract with a commercial insurance company. The New York-based startup has partnered with Aetna in a value-based agreement that offers its members in-network access to Oshi’s specialized services. 

This collaboration followed CVS Health’s investment in Oshi as part of the startup’s Series A funding round nearly two years ago.
