Starting June 2023, all medical healthcare professionals across the states will use Onboard Pro to initiate the credentialing and contracting process with UnitedHealthcare. The Request for Participation (RFP) portal will also be replaced by Onboard Pro.
Onboard Pro seamlessly integrates with the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) ProView® as well as other state-specific credentialing applications. This easy-to-use tool is available in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal.
