These updates enable cleaner claims submission and support lens innovation to adapt to emerging market offerings. In response to innovations like Varilux XR Track, Progressive and Anti-Reflective (A/R) Tiers, and Lens Options Schedules have been adjusted to accommodate these new products.
- Streamlined Administration: EyeMed has introduced a new section in the Provider Manual aimed at simplifying the administration of plans with multiple pair allowances. Additional details can be found in the Provider Manual, with further communication via email.
- Minor Updates: Several minor updates have been implemented, including steps to ensure provider information remains current and changes to the sports goggle claims process.
