Horizon Implements New Self-Service Options for Provider Network Requests 

In a strategic move towards modernization and efficiency, Horizon announces a significant update regarding the submission of requests to join networks. Effective January 1, 2024, Horizon will discontinue the acceptance of email requests sent to EnterprisePDM@HorizonBlue.com or CredentialingApplicationsPDM@HorizonBlue.com. Instead, providers now have a range of user-friendly self-service options to facilitate the submission of their information.
