NGSConnex Medicare Part B Remittances: Enhanced Access for Providers

Efficient access to remittance advice is crucial for providers to streamline billing processes and manage finances effectively. Recognizing this need, Medicare Part B has introduced an enhancement to NGSConnex, offering providers extended access to view and print remittance advice. 

With this enhancement, providers now have the option to access remittance advice within NGSConnex for a period of up to 24 months from the date of search. This extended access period provides greater flexibility and convenience, allowing providers to retrieve historical remittance information as needed. 

However, to take advantage of this enhanced feature, providers are required to complete the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enrollment process. EDI enrollment is necessary to ensure secure and compliant access to remittance statements within NGSConnex for the selected provider account.
