WCH Medical Billing Franchise: A Q&A with Abdus Salam Azad

We recently spoke with Abdus Salam Azad, a new WCH Medical Billing franchise owner, about his journey and experience with WCH’s training program. 

1. Tell us about yourself and your background. 

I’m Abdus Salam Azad, originally from Bangladesh. I hold a master’s degree from North Carolina A&T and have over seven years of marketing experience. In fact, I was the #1 cash flow senior representative for Primerica in 2017! I also have extensive experience in the transportation industry, leading a company’s successful expansion across the U.S. 

2. What drew you to medical billing franchising? 

Medical billing is a critical service in healthcare, and the demand for efficient billing is constant.  There were several factors that attracted me, including:

The IT team has also been fantastic in setting up and training us on the software.
