WellCare Develops AI and Mobile System for Patient Care Outside Clinics
WellCare, an insurer serving Medicare and Medicaid patients, is implementing artificial intelligence and mobile technology to support patient care in non-clinical settings.
The company is building two versions of an AI system: one for patients and one for caregivers. Chief Information Officer Darren Ghanayem discussed this in an interview with The Wall Street Journal’s CIO Journal.
