Affinity Health Plan: Provider Portal’s Pre-Authorization

Affinity Health Plan has added a new self-service tool to the provider portal, one which allows providers and their staff to attach clinical records/documents to existing authorizations ANYTIME via their provider portal accounts. This functionality enhancement is called “Submit Clinical Information” and can be used during the authorization process to expedite a decision. The tool is located under the Authorizations tab on the home page. Providers may attach documents to a particular authorization by completing an authorization search, then entering the 12-digit authorization number and the 11-digit member ID combination.
