Effective December 31, 2021, Molina Healthcare is no longer contracted with Beacon Health. Healthcare providers are now required to initiate a new credentialing process to bill this payer.
Practitioners and facilities who had been contracted with Molina Healthcare through BeaconHealth Options are now required to initiate a separate enrollment process with Molina because these two payers revoked their contractual cooperation on December 31, 2021. This new requirement is applicable only to those healthcare providers who had been contracted with MolinaHealthcare through BeaconHealth Options.
