Meet WCH – Rustam Ashirov

Having such a wonderful team of experts is our proudest achievement. Since 2001, many passionate and open-minded individuals have joined our company, each striving to achieve a common goal – to provide as much help to healthcare providers as possible. Today, we would like to share the story of Rustam Ashirov, a straightforward introvert who enjoys helping his teammates and constantly cares about their well-being, convenience, and, of course, digital security.

If what you do makes you happy, then you have achieved success

Rustam Ashirov is a system administrator at WCH Service Bureau, Inc. Having joined our team in December 2020, Rustam has never stopped his continuous path of self-education. Challenges power him, and he is convinced that if work brings someone inner satisfaction – challenges are perceived as just some interesting tasks. Since his first days at WCH, Rustam has been involved in complex internal projects, dedicating his skill, virtue, and compassion to implementing new services that ensure a swift work environment for his teammates and clients of WCH. In fact, our friend is motivated by the well-being of the people he is working with. In addition to a boost in professional experience, Rustam is proud to have made lots of interesting acquittances while working at our company. What is more, Rustam says that he has been fascinated by the novelty and innovation of tools & services that he uses on a daily basis. All this has helped him to dive in more into his passions – software development, electronics, and reading. Being passionate about your job is what makes it worthwhile – that is why Rustam says that he has a perfectly-set work-life balance, and his work does not anyhow interfere with his private life. He is also a master of his desires who considers getting knowledge as the one and only desire one should fall for.

When asked about the future of the industry we are working in – Rustam believes that artificial intelligence, mobile medicine, and the Internet of Medical Things (telemedicine) will become essential in healthcare of the future. Consequently, he is sure that WCH Service Bureau will stay up to date with these trends and that we will meet the growing demand for innovative software products and services.

Outside of work, Rustam is fond of outdoor picnics and reading. We asked our friend to share his favorite book of all time. “The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed out the Window and Disappeared” by Jonas Jonasson is what came up to his mind first. This book tells that it is never too late to change something in life. This credo aligns with Rustam’s current ultimate goal – to start his own business after years of learning and hard work. In fact, he wanted to become a CEO from a very young age.

Finally, Rustam loves taking care of not only people but also pets – he has a cat and a parrot named Corella.

Dear Rustam,

Thank you for being a part of our team. Your knowledge, persistence, and compassion are the moving forces of WCH.

We wish you success in all your endeavors!
