Can you share a bit about your background and upbringing?

I was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and from a young age, I had a strong desire to become a doctor. This passion led me to pursue studies in Medicine. After completing my education at Medical College, I gained valuable experience working as a nurse in a hospital for six years.

At a certain point, I felt the need to explore new horizons and decided to further my education in Europe. I embarked on a journey to Latvia, where I enrolled in Riga Technical University to study Entrepreneurship and Management. While pursuing my studies, I carefully contemplated the direction of my career. Ultimately, my deep-rooted interest in medicine and my solid medical background motivated me to join WCH.

Working at WCH, I can merge my passion for healthcare with my entrepreneurial and management skills. It is an exciting and fulfilling experience, allowing me to contribute to the healthcare industry while utilizing my diverse background.

I am grateful for the opportunities that have shaped my journey and look forward to further growth and development in my professional endeavors.

What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and photography. Exploring new places and capturing moments through my camera lens brings me great joy. Whether it’s photographing people, nature, or architecture, I love to discover and document the beauty around me. Traveling allows me to immerse myself in different cultures and gain a broader perspective of the world. Through photography, I can preserve memories and share my experiences with others. These hobbies provide a creative outlet and a sense of adventure in my life.

What is something you are passionate about, and why?

My biggest passion in this life is to always try to be the best version of myself and to stand upright on my own feet in the ups and downs of life. Help others as much as possible, or at least try not to harm them.

What is the best book you’ve read recently, and what did you like about it?

I like to read books, and now it is hard for me to choose one as the best, but if I had to choose from the last ones from this year, it is ‘Come Closer’ by Ilse Sand. This book will teach you how to recognize specific protective behaviors that hinder close relationships and why we engage in them.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I would love to visit various countries in Asia, such as Thailand, Korea, and Indonesia. Additionally, I’m also interested in exploring European countries like Germany, France (specifically Paris), and Italy.”

What is something you have always wanted to try but haven’t had the chance to yet?

Bungee jumping or skydiving! I’ve always wanted to try these exhilarating activities, and I hope to have the chance to experience them soon.

Who is someone that has inspired you in your life, and why?

My mother has been a great source of inspiration in my life. She has consistently supported and motivated me, always believing in me. As my mom often says, ‘Indeed, with hardship comes ease.’

How do you like to unwind after a long day at work?

After a long day at work, I like to unwind by watching a good movie while enjoying a cup of tea. Spending quality time with my family also helps me recharge, and of course, getting a good night’s sleep is essential for me as well.

What is your favorite type of food, and do you have a favorite restaurant or recipe?

I enjoy spicy foods, and one of my favorite cuisines is Turkish. Perhaps it’s because I had my Erasmus experience there and developed a taste for it. If you haven’t tried Turkish cuisine yet, I recommend starting with Menemen. It’s a delicious dish that’s also easy to cook.

What is something people might be surprised to learn about you?

One surprising fact about me is that I have a strong desire to write a book, despite not enjoying public speaking. And during my teenage years, I had a fascination with joining the army.

What is your favorite movie or TV show?

I have a great passion for movies and TV shows, to the extent that I even learned the Turkish language in just three months by immersing myself in Turkish TV shows. However, my all-time favorite TV show is “Friends.” I can watch it repeatedly every year if given the chance. I am also a big fan of Marvel movies.

What is a skill you would like to learn or improve upon, and why?

I would like to focus on developing and improving my self-management skills, particularly to enhance my productivity and self-discipline.

If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

I would choose “ambivert,” “honest,” and “open-minded.”

How do you stay motivated and focused in your work and personal life?

My motivation at work is the merit of my supervisor and colleagues. We have so many smart people in our company and on my team who are masters in their profession, and I would like to learn more and more from them.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone starting in your field?

It is more interesting than it looks in the beginning, so as much as you learn, you will enjoy it. Just keep going, and never give up!

My goal for the future is to grow with a company while also pursuing my aspiration of starting my own business.

I’m grateful for my family, my health, and my beliefs. I have almost everything I once dreamed of, and I believe my future dreams will come true.
