Can you tell us a bit about your background and where you grew up?

I hail from the vibrant city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where I spent my formative years. I earned my stripes as a Junior Programmer, graduating from the IT Academic Lyceum at Tashkent University of Information Technologies in 2011. Following my passion for knowledge, I went on to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tashkent Financial Institute in 2015. These experiences have shaped me both professionally and personally, fostering a strong foundation for my journey in IT and economics.

What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of work?

From a young age, my playground wasn’t limited to just one sport – it was an entire arena of experiences. Basketball, volleyball, swimming, soccer, karate, parkour – I’ve dipped my toes (and often my whole self) into them all. And here’s the kicker – despite my petite frame, coaches always saw a leader. Captaincy wasn’t just a role; it was a trust they placed in me, leading teams through the ups and downs of various competitions.

But it’s not all about courts and fields. With my friends, I’ve ventured into the wild for trekking and hiking. Uzbekistan, with its breathtaking landscapes and towering mountains, has been our canvas for over a decade. Discovering the hidden gems of our country has become a passion project.

Now, let’s talk adrenaline. For more than seven winters, I’ve been carving through snow on a snowboard, and for over five years, I’ve been scaling heights with rock climbing. It’s not just about the thrill; it’s about mastering the art of defying gravity.

So, whether it’s scoring goals or conquering peaks, my journey in sports is an ever-evolving adventure, blending the grit of competition with the beauty of exploration.

What is something you are passionate about, and why?

Traveling is my all-consuming passion. I’ve traversed the lands of Europe and the enchanting realms of the Middle East. When faced with the choice of acquiring things or embarking on a new adventure, I’ll choose the latter without a second thought.

In travel, we unfold ourselves to the world, scrutinizing it with eager eyes and an insatiable curiosity. Everything becomes a tapestry of new and unconventional—different climates, exotic cuisines, awe-inspiring architecture, and interiors that redefine our sense of aesthetics.

Each journey is a vivid painting, splashing vibrant colors in our memories. It sharpens our senses, introduces us to unfamiliar sensations, and serves as a constant reminder that life is meant to be lived with unbridled fascination. I see travel not just as a journey across the map but as a template, a blueprint for living with boundless enthusiasm and unending curiosity.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Switzerland, hands down, is a masterpiece on Earth—a place painted with unparalleled beauty. Picture-perfect landscapes unfold like a storybook: quaint, vibrant towns boasting ancient castles and architectural wonders, pristine lakes that mirror the sky, and expansive alpine valleys that seem to stretch into infinity.

But for someone like me, an aficionado of thrill and adventure, Switzerland’s charm extends beyond its picturesque scenes. It beckons with world-class ski resorts, where the slopes carve through breathtaking landscapes, offering not just a downhill thrill but an exhilarating journey through nature’s grandeur.

What is something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t had the chance to yet?

I’ve always wanted to embrace a transformative shift in my lifestyle by stepping out of my comfort zone and experiencing life in a different country. The journey offers invaluable opportunities for language acquisition, the exploration of untapped potentials, and the forging of meaningful connections within a new social circle.

Who is someone that has inspired you in your life, and why?

I draw inspiration from my surroundings—my family, friends, teachers, colleagues, and acquaintances. They weave into my life and contribute to the daily evolution of my character, shaping my worldview and convictions. In this dynamic interplay, they generously share their wisdom and experiences, offering unwavering support during tough times and fueling my drive to soar to new heights.

How do you like to unwind after a long day at work?

I enjoy indulging in captivating films and engaging in meaningful conversations with friends.

What is something people might be surprised to learn about you?

I have a youthful appearance that often catches people off guard—new acquaintances, partners, and colleagues are frequently amazed at the depth of my experience and career accomplishments, presuming I’m much younger than 31 years old. It’s not uncommon for me to find myself reaching for my ID at events or venues with age restrictions, a humorous reminder of the perpetual surprise my age tends to elicit.

What is your favorite movie or TV show, and what do you like about it?

I have a penchant for detective films, especially those with unforeseen plot twists, and The Invisible Guest is a prime example. This movie is nothing short of extraordinary, with its captivating storyline and brilliant performances by the actors. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, and the ending leaves you in a delightful state of shock.

If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

Honesty, ambition, tactfulness.

How do you stay motivated and focused in your work and personal life?

To see the results of your work is the best motivation.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone starting in your field?

I recommend embracing a fearless approach to seeking advice, asking for assistance, and clarifying any unclear information. Keeping a structured journal to record new insights is a valuable habit. Plan your workday independently or collaboratively with a mentor. Demonstrate your strengths of character and professional competencies.

What is a goal or aspiration you have for the future?

For me, the best answer to this question is a quote ‘You need to be better than yesterday, not better than others.’ And this applies to all areas of my life.

What is something you’re grateful for today?

I express gratitude for everything I possess today – my loving family, the unwavering support and guidance from those around me, and the myriad opportunities that enrich my life.
